Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 15, 2026 · Last updated: July 15, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how ECB Holdings Ltd (“ECB Holdings,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects information in connection with our business, our websites, and the consumer brands we own and operate.

1. Who we are

ECB Holdings Ltd is a privately held company incorporated in Canada that develops, acquires, and operates consumer-product brands. Where this policy refers to our “services,” it means our corporate website, our brand storefronts, and the internal systems we use to operate our brands across direct-to-consumer and marketplace channels.

If you have any questions about this policy or our data practices, contact us at admin@ecbholdingsltd.com.

2. Scope

This policy applies to information we handle as a business, including information about visitors to our websites, customers of our brands, business contacts, and data we access through third-party commerce and advertising platforms to operate the brands we own.

3. Information we collect

a. Information you provide

When you contact us or transact with one of our brands, we may collect your name, email address, shipping and billing details, order information, and the contents of your communications with us.

b. Information collected automatically

When you visit our websites, we may collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages viewed, through cookies and similar technologies used to keep our sites secure and functioning.

c. Business, marketplace, and advertising data

To operate and advertise the brands we own, we access business data — such as orders, inventory, product listings, campaign metrics, and advertising performance — from the commerce and advertising platforms on which our brands sell. This data relates to our own business operations and is accessed under our own platform accounts and authorizations.

4. How we use information

5. Advertising platforms and third-party APIs

ECB Holdings uses application programming interfaces (APIs) provided by commerce and advertising platforms — including the Amazon Selling Partner API and the Amazon Advertising API — to manage the brands we own and operate. We use these interfaces solely to run our own business: to synchronize orders and inventory, and to create, manage, measure, and optimize our own advertising campaigns.

Data accessed through these APIs is used for internal business purposes only. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties except service providers who process it on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law. We handle all such data in accordance with the applicable platform’s terms, policies, and data-protection requirements.

6. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:

7. Data retention

We retain information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including to meet legal, tax, accounting, and operational requirements, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

8. Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure, including access controls, encryption of credentials, and restricted internal access on a need-to-know basis. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights and choices

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent where processing relies on it. To make a request, email admin@ecbholdingsltd.com. You may also control cookies through your browser settings.

10. International data transfers

We are based in Canada and may process and store information in Canada and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where information is transferred across borders, we take steps to ensure it remains protected consistent with this policy and applicable law.

11. Children’s privacy

Our services are intended for a business and general-adult audience and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
